For the renovation project of the rooms and bar area at Hotel Gotthard in the renowned and exclusive location of Lech am Arlberg, Selva Hospitality developed an intervention designed to redefine the guest experience through a balance of contemporary elegance, comfort, and Alpine identity. Located in the heart of the Austrian Alps, the hotel represents a historic presence in international hospitality, known for its welcoming atmosphere and quality of service.

The intervention involved the redesign of several rooms and the bar/lounge spaces, with the aim of enhancing the property’s authentic character without compromising its soul. The project combined natural materials, bespoke details, and interior design solutions capable of creating refined yet warm environments, where aesthetics and functionality coexist harmoniously.

Particular attention was devoted to the sensory experience of guests: lighting, color palettes, furnishings, and finishes were carefully studied to convey relaxation, quality, and visual continuity between spaces. The bar area was reinterpreted as a place of gathering and conviviality, transforming into a contemporary and immersive space capable of enhancing the hotel’s lifestyle and strengthening its positioning in the European hospitality landscape.
