For the Höferer Hotel, Appia oversaw the complete renovation of rooms and communal areas, transforming a historic building into a modern boutique hotel with a contemporary style.
The project involved demolition, construction, systems, finishes, and interior fit-out.
Each space has been reinterpreted with an essential and welcoming touch, using a neutral palette, natural materials, and bespoke details.
The intervention has revitalized the functionality, character, and visual harmony of the structure, balancing alpine hospitality with modern design.
